Returns & Refund Policy
At Inner Circle Cafe, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help. Please note that due to the nature of our products, which may include perishable food items and non-perishable merchandise, our policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. This policy applies to all online purchases made through our website.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described (e.g., wrong item or variety), you may be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or replacement. We may request photos or other evidence of the issue.
- Wrong Item Received: If we send the incorrect product, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
- Unopened Items: Unopened packages may be returned for a refund if they are in their original, sealed packaging and in resalable condition. For perishable food items, this applies only if unopened and within freshness guidelines.
- Non-Perishable Merchandise: Items like mugs, accessories, or other non-food products may be returned if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will exclude any original shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
Time Frame
All returns or refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@innercirclecafe.com or call 480-664-9362 with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
- Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide approval if it meets our criteria. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Shipping Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order number. Ship it back to 2515 N Scottsdale Rd, Suite 106, Scottsdale, AZ 85257 . You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
- Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exclusions
- Opened or Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used perishable food items. Non-perishable items must be unused.
- Personalized or Custom Orders: These are non-returnable unless defective.
- Gift Cards or Digital Products: Non-refundable.
- Shipping Delays or Lost Packages: We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments once they leave our facility. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for issues.
- Change of Mind: We do not accept returns simply for change of mind on perishable goods. For non-perishables, this may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Additional Notes
- International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or restrictions, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria or appear to be abused.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
